Troy Snyder
Troy Snyder, CEO and Instructor of Darke County Handgun training, will be speaking to our amputee group about awareness in public and self-defense as persons with a disability. Troy is an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, NRA Certified Range Safety Officer, NRA Certified Rifle Instructor, and NRA Home Firearms Safety Instructor. He is also a United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) certified instructor. He has attended the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) and serves as a federal officer. Troy recently became a USCCA Training Counselor; he can now train new instructors.
