Action Prosthetics would like to honor Veteran and our patient, Dave Friesthler, who served 3 years actively and, after his accident on retainer, for 20 years in the Navy! While on duty, Dave was in a car accident that caused him to loose his left leg below the knee. Later on, Dave became an above the knee amputee on that amputated side. He worked hard to become a very active person with limb loss! Dave loves telling stories of his life while in the Navy. Molly, our Patient Liaison, tells him he should write a book! Dave’s zest for life and laughter are infectious!
