Dr. Robb Maher (Podiatrist) from Western Ohio Podiatric Medical Center in Greenville spoke to our amputee group about Proper Foot and Residual Limb Care on September 23rd. Dr. Maher shared valuable information about caring for our skin on a residual limb and a sound foot. He opened up the conversation to the group and everyone shared tips on what works for them in caring for their skin. This led to a discussion on proper liner care as well. Everyone left with many new tips on how to care for their residual limb / sound foot.
